Kelp (dried and powdered): 300mg providing 150-360μg iodine.
Take 1-2 tablets a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Consult your healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking thyroid medication, or have a thyroid dysfunction.
