What is our returns policy?
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at Natural Health Options are covered by our 14‑day money‑back guarantee (from date of receipt). If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund within the 14‑day returns period (see above). No open packages of any food, body‑care or supplement products are eligible for return due to the nature of the products; they must be in the factory‑sealed container in which they were provided. All other products can be returned if opened, provided they are in good condition. You are covered by this money‑back guarantee for a full 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please e‑mail within 14 days of receipt to obtain authorisation and return instructions.
Return postage costs: If the return is the result of our error (for example, a damaged, defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or any customer error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Our customer service team will work alongside you to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
