Zest Vegan Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta Sauce

Tomatoes (40%), Coconut Mix (15%) [Water, Coconut Oil, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Acidity Regulator (Glucono-Delta-Lactone), Flavouring, Olive Extract, Vitamin B12], Water, Onion, Concentrated Tomato Paste (8%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sugar, Basil, Modified Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Salt, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulators (Lactic Acid, Citric Acid). May contain peanuts and nuts.

Heat the sauce and stir in cooked pasta or use it to bake tofu and veggies on low heat. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional tablespoon or two of hot water.
