Vitamin D3 (vegan cholecalciferol – from lichen), Vitamin K2 (MenaQ7® – from chickpeas), Stabilised Rice Bran, Pumpkin Seed (Cucurbita pepo), Shiitake Mushroom (Lentinula edodes), Kale Leaf (Brassica oleracea var acephala), Parsley (Petroselinum crispum), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), MCT Powder (Vegan Medium Chain Triglycerides). Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. No wheat, gluten, soy, yeast, dairy, gelatine, additives, sugar, colours, flavours, or preservatives. No fillers, binders, or other excipients.

Vitamin D3: 1000 IU (25 mcg), Vitamin K2: 50 mcg.
