Calcium (Elemental) 125 mg (as calcium carbonate 343.75 mg and calcium citrate 5.95 mg), Magnesium (Elemental) 62.5 mg (as magnesium oxide 93.75 mg and magnesium citrate 41.67 mg), Oryza sativa L. (rice) 62.5 mg (germ and bran; powder), Urtica dioica L (stinging nettle) 25 mg (leaf; powder), Equisetum arvense L. (horsetail) 12.5 mg (spring shoot; powder), Zingiber officinale Roscoe (ginger) 12.5 mg (rhizome/root; powder), Fructo-oligosaccharides 12.5 mg, Medicago sativa L. (alfalfa) 6.25 mg (flower & leaf; powder), Cucurbita pepo L. (pumpkin) 6.25 mg (seed; powder).
