Harvested from Turkish Organic Morello type sour cherries, these cherries are double-pitted, infused in organic apple juice concentrate for sweetening, and dried in industrial high-tech ovens. They are scanned for pits, weighed by a multihead automatic scale, and packed according to customer request. Finally, they are metal detected before release. The dried sour cherries contain no other additives.
