Sunny Fruit Dried Soft Apricots Organic
Meticulously sun-dried for ideal sweetness, these organic dried apricots are an excellent source of dietary fiber, antioxidants, potassium, magnesium, copper, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. The drying process begins by reaping fresh and ripe fruits from the trees into cases and then drying them under the sun. Semi-dried fruits are pitted by hand, and then dried completely under sunlight. In the plant, apricots are washed, inspected on belts/tables to remove foreign materials and defects. Selected apricots are passed through hot water inside a boiler to make them soft and juicy, then weighed and packed automatically and passed through a metal detector. After that, packages are pasteurized and put into carton boxes.
