Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid

Take 4 capsules daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or have any medical condition, consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product.
