Solaray Methyl B-Complex 50

Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate, HCl) (50 mg), Vitamin B-2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate) (50 mg), Vitamin B-3 (niacinamide) (50 mg), Pantothenic Acid (calcium d-pantothenate) (50 mg), Choline bitartrate (50 mg), PABA† (para-aminobenzoic acid) (50 mg), Inositol (50 mg), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate, pyridoxine HCl) (12 mg), Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (glucosamine salt, folic acid) (400 mcg), Biotin (300 mcg), Vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin) (50 mcg).

Take 1 capsule with food or a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of little kids. Do not consume if the safety seal is broken or in poor condition. Due to its PABA content, it is not recommended to take it with sulfonamides.
