Contains 12 billion live cultures, FOS fibers, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Suitable for daily use from conception onwards.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14®, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, corn starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS 30mg), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

Take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Those unable to swallow capsules can open and mix contents with cool, non-acidic food or drinks. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C.
