Purified Water, Chamomile Flower Prep. (Chamomile Flower Extract, Maltodextrin), Lemon Balm Leaf Prep. (Lemon Balm Leaf Extract, Maltodextrin), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Citric Acid. Hypoallergenic, does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

Add 1ml daily to a night time drink. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
