Vitamin E (in the natural d-alpha form) 268mg (400iu), Capsule Shell (Glycerol, Modified Starch, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Carbonate). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Excluded allergens: Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast and Gluten containing ingredients.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Store in a cool dry place and protected from light. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypertensive persons should commence on a low amount of IU and gradually increase under practitioner's supervision.
