Just Wholefoods Vanilla Custard Powder

Gluten-free, No added sugar, No artificial colours/flavours

Cornflour, natural colours: annatto (from the seeds of the annatto tree) and curcumin (extract of turmeric root), natural vanilla flavour

1. In a bowl place 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder and 1 tbsp raw cane sugar. 2. Add 1 tbsp milk and mix to a smooth paste. 3. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil and mix into the custard powder stirring thoroughly. 4. Return the saucepan to the hob and bring to the boil stirring all the time. 5. Reduce the heat and simmer for at least a minute until it is smooth and ready to serve. Can be prepared in the microwave too. Store in a cool dry place.
