Citric acid anhydrous, l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), fructose, sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate; humectant: sorbitol; thickener: inulin; thickener: potato starch; natural flavoring: orange (carrier: potato maltodextrin; emulsifier: acacia gum; antioxidant: dl-alpha tocopherol); anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; colors: red beet (carrier: potato maltodextrin; acidity regulator: citric acid), riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium; sweetener: steviol glycosides. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Free from artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, acesulfame K, aspartame, saccharine or sucralose, dairy products, gluten, lactose, soya, wheat, yeast.

Adults and children over 13 years take 1-1 tablet a day, children 3-13 years take ½ tablet a day. Add to water; dissolves gently. Wait for tablet to dissolve fully before taking.
