Pure astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis): 4mg, Blackcurrant fruit extract 4:1: 100mg, Tomato powder (natural source of lycopene): minimum 622.5mg
Adults and children 14 years and over, take 2 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
