Organic Thai Red Curry Paste

Water, Onions*, White Wine Vinegar*, Red Chillies (9.5%)*, Chilli Powder (5%)*, Garlic Puree*, Sunflower Oil*, Ginger Puree*, Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Ground Coriander*, Ground Cumin. *Organically produced. No allergens in the ingredients. This product is made in a factory that handles soya, egg, dairy products, and nuts.

Heat 2 tbsps of cooking oil, and 2 chopped cloves of garlic, fry until soft. Add 1/2 jar of Geo Organics Thai Red Curry Paste and cook for 1 min to release the flavor. Add 1 red pepper plus 500g of vegetables or meat and cook until sealed. For extra spice add a red chilli (optional). Add 300ml Geo Organics Coconut Milk and bring to boil then simmer until cooked. Enjoy: Add 1 tbsp lime juice (optional), garnish with coriander and serve with Jasmine rice.
