Dr Bach Oak Bach Flower Remedy

5X dilution of Oak (Quercus robur) HPUS, 27% Grape Alcohol (preservative)

Take 2 drops in the mouth or in water, sip at intervals. Repeat as needed. Alternatively, you can take 4 drops (or 2 sprays) four times a day until you feel better. If no water is available, the remedy can be taken undiluted either in the mouth, on the skin behind the ears, or on the inside of the wrist.
