Clearspring Organic Japanese Hojicha is grown in the luscious rolling hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climatic and soil conditions which produce some of the finest tea in Japan. The unique character of Hojicha comes from ageing and roasting the teal leaves, giving them a distinct nutty aroma and smoky flavour. Whilst our Hojicha can be enjoyed at any time of the day, it is the perfect after-meal beverage or evening tea to help wind down after a long day.
