Geranium: Traditionally used in aromatherapy assist in maintaining general wellbeing including the relief from the symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, nervous tension and irritability. Aroma: herbaceous, rose-like.

Lavender: Traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms of stress, provides a calmative effect and induces sleep. Aroma: sweet and balsamic.

Sweet Orange: Traditionally used in aromatherapy for relief of sleeplessness and beneficial during times of stress. Aroma: Zesty and refreshing.
