Massage legs and feet 1 to 3 times a day. For tired and swollen legs, apply a thicker layer (± 1 mm), elevate the legs for about 20 minutes, and cover with a band. For swollen varicose veins, apply a thick layer locally and surround with a band. Store at room temperature (15 - 25 ºC). Do not use in children under 3 years old.
