BetterYou D4000 Vitamin D Daily Oral Spray

Water, xylitol, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), acacia gum, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, potassium sorbate, and natural peppermint oil.

1. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
2. Shake well before every use.
3. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
4. Replace the cap after use.
5. Use 1 spray a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). It does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day.
