Sprouting Broccoli seeds (Brassica rapa var. cymosa, Raab)
Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K; calcium; iron; magnesium; phosphate; potassium; zinc; carotene; chlorophyll. 1oz contains as much antioxidants as 3lb of whole broccoli.
Rinse seeds thoroughly in fresh water. Sow thinly. Water twice daily, maintaining a temperature of 18-22°C. Ready to harvest in approximately 4 to 6 days.
