Soaking Method - Remove paper ties, lay flat in a pot, pour boiling water over, separate with a fork, leave for 8 minutes, drain and rinse. Stove Top Method - Remove paper ties, bring water to a boil, add noodles, reduce heat, cook for 5-6 minutes, stir occasionally, drain and rinse. Reheating options include microwaving briefly or adding hot water in a colander.
