Ionic magnesium citrate (created from citric acid and Magnesium carbonate), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Picolinate, Boric Acid, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCI), Vitamin K2-MK7 (Trans-forma), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) (Vegan), Potassium Bicarbonate, Boron, Natural flavouring, Sweetener: steviol glycosides.

Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2.5g (1 slightly rounded teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 5g (2 slightly rounded teaspoons) per day, taken in 1 or 2 divided doses. MAG365 can be taken with or without food, during or outside meals. In the beginning, your bowels may become loose; if this happens, simply reduce the amount you are taking. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Intake can be taken at one time or split into 2 or 3 portions and taken throughout the day.
