Glucosamine 250 mg, Chondroitin Sulphate 150 mg, Urtica dioica L. (stinging nettle) 50 mg, Zingiber officinale Roscoe (ginger) 50 mg, Humulus lupulus L. (hops) 25 mg, Salvia rosmarinus Spenn. (rosemary) 25 mg, Boswellia serrata Roxb. (boswellia) 25 mg (gum resin; extract standardized to contain 20% AKBA).

Take 2 capsules 2 times per day with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place.
