Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) powder, lutein complex†, meso-zeaxanthin complex†, zeaxanthin†, l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, zinc citrate, d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), riboflavin (vitamin B2), bilberry (vaccinium uliginosum) extract† from marigold (tagetes erecta l.).

Adults take 1-2 capsules (children 12 years and over, take 1 capsule) a day with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
