Water, red lentils* (22%), carrots*, corn syrup*, sunflower oil*, onion powder*, vegetable bouillon (rice flour, sea salt, yeast extract, dried vegetables & concentrated vegetable juices* [onion*, carrot*, parsnips*, mushroom*, pumpkin*], sunflower oil*, turmeric*, parsley*, lovage*, garlic*, fennel seeds*), cumin powder*, coriander*, black pepper*, chilli powder. *from organic farming

Pour into a pan. Cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly. Microwave: Pour into a suitable container and cover. Cook on full power for 2 minutes. Stir, then heat on full power for a further minute. Stir & serve. Once opened, remove contents and store in a suitable container in the fridge. Use within two days of opening.
