L-Theanine is an amino acid present in normal tea, believed to be responsible for the 'nice cup of tea' feeling. It raises levels of GABA and alpha waves in the brain, resulting in a calming effect without drowsiness. Lemon balm has a long history as a sedative and relaxant, also useful for improving attention and memory. The product combines 200mg of L-Theanine with 6000mg of lemon balm and includes three relevant B vitamins.
