Blue corn tortilla chips with Amaranth, using the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days to make, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. The amaranth is sourced from a small heritage farmer located in Milpa Alta, which overlooks Lake Texcoco. Together, blue corn and amaranth have a unique, subtly sweet and earthy flavour. Our chips are made with the very best ingredients, are gluten-free, vegan friendly, and contain absolutely no artificial ingredients.
