Biotin is a water-soluble B-vitamin that supports healthy skin, nails, and hair. It also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and is necessary for certain enzymes to work properly.

D-biotin, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica. Free of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives, and color.
Biotin: 5000 mcg (10,000% of the Daily Value). Calcium: 148 mg (15% of the Daily Value). Phosphorus: 115 mg (12% of the Daily Value).
