Take 1 capsule daily with water or fruit juice, preferably half an hour before any meal or at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised by a healthcare professional. People with phenylketonuria (PKU) or those taking prescription antidepressants, particularly monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, should not take this supplement.
