Solgar Psyllium Husks Fibre 500 mg

Powdered psyllium husks fibre, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate). Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives, and color. Non-GMO. Vegan. Kosher and Halal.

Take two (2) vegetable capsules daily with a minimum of 8 oz of juice or liquids. Preferably take between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not take before bedtime. Fiber products can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. Store at room temperature 59-86 F (15-30 C). Store away from heat, light, and moisture. Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.
