Supports gut health, prebiotic properties, reduces IBS and digestive symptoms, suitable for lactose intolerant individuals.

Concentrated lactofermented whey, L+ lactic acid, potassium citrate, natural flavor (menthol). Contains milk and its derivatives, lactose.

Drink 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoon if preferred) in a glass of cold water 20 minutes before meals. Can be diluted with fruit juice or added to smoothies. Store in the fridge after opening for up to 6 months.
