Arnica montana 30C homeopathic potency on lactose/sucrose tablets. Contains lactose and sucrose.

Adults and children: 2 tablets for adults, 1 tablet for children. Take 1 dose every 2 hours for the first 6 doses, then as needed. Stop with improvement. If symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days, consult a doctor.
