Pregnancy Formula includes optimal levels of Methyl-Folate for healthy foetal development* and TRACCS® minerals in a chelated forms for superior absorption. We combine VitaCholine™️ to aid healthy neural tube development, an often-deficient nutrient overlooked by most other pre-natal supplements.
Directions – As a food supplement, take x4 capsules daily with food. Take together or split over meals if preferred. Ideally take for at least three months prior to conception, through pregnancy and breastfeeding. Store in cool dark place.
