Add 1-3 capfuls of Moor Lavender Calming Bath Essence to your bathwater as the tub is filling. Swirl the water to disperse the essence evenly throughout the bath. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes, inhaling the calming scent of lavender. Use as often as needed to relax and unwind, especially in the evening before bedtime.
