Trimagnesium dicitrate, extract of fresh Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) herb, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dried root, fresh Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) herb, zinc citrate, cellulose, calcium phosphates, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (plant origin), and gum arabic. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Adults take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water. A daily dose of 2 tablets contains 187.6 mg Magnesium (50% NRV), 1.6 mg Zinc (16% NRV), 79.2 mg Passiflora extract, 9.8 mg Valerian extract, and 9.8 mg Lemon Balm extract.
