Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate, L-ascorbic acid, calcium ascorbate), Sodium, Acerola Extract (fruit), Rose Hips. Other ingredients include Sucrose, Fructose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Xylitol, Natural Flavors, Red Beet (color), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan.

As a dietary supplement for adults, chew one (1) tablet up to two times daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
