L-Tyrosine, Capsule Shell (HPMC), Vitamin C (Magnesium Ascorbate), N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Zinc Citrate, L-Selenomethionine, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin-5-Phosphate), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin A (Retinyl Acetate), Rice Hull, Potassium Iodide.

Vitamin A - 2500 IU, Vitamin C - 100 mg, Vitamin B1 - 10 mg, Vitamin B2 - 10 mg, Niacin (B3) - 10 mg, Zinc - 10 mg, Selenium - 100 mcg, Iodine - 200 mcg, Tyrosine - 300 mg, N-Acetyl Cysteine - 50 mg.

1 capsule taken twice daily with food, or as professionally directed. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place. Not suitable for use during planned pregnancy, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if on thyroid medication.
