Chew one tablet daily for children aged 4-10 years, and chew two tablets daily for children aged 11 years and over. Please do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
