Vegan Omega-3 Oil (from algae), Capsule Shell (Modified Corn Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan). Suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those with a fish allergy.

Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. Disintegration time: Less than 30 minutes.
