Contains 4 strains from Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Lactococcus genera, scientifically proven to survive stomach acidity, gluten-free, vegetarian, no added sugars, GMO-free, and free from artificial colors and flavors.

Take one sachet per day for 7 consecutive days. Pour an inch of water into a tall glass, shake the sachet well, sprinkle in the powder, leave it to dissolve naturally, and then vigorously swirl the water around in the glass before drinking.
