Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), live bacterial cultures strains (milk, soya), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Live bacterial strains include Lactobacillus paracasei PXN 37 TM, Lactobacillus plantarum PXN 47 TM, Lactobacillus rhamnosus PXN 54 TM, Bacillus subtilis PXN 21 TM, Bifidobacterium bifidum PXN 23 TM, Bifidobacterium breve PXN 25 TM, Bifidobacterium longum PXN 30 TM, Lactobacillus helveticus PXN 35 TM, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis PXN 63 TM, Streptococcus thermophilus PXN 66 TM, Bifidobacterium infantis PXN 27 TM, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus PXN 39 TM, Lactobacillus helveticus PXN 45 TM, Lactobacillus salivarius PXN 57 TM.

Adults and children 12+: Take up to 4 capsules daily with food. Children 3-11: Give 1-2 capsules daily with food. When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules a day. Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling.
