Pour 200ml freshly boiled water over one tea bag. Brew for four to five minutes. Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness. Enjoy two to three cups per day. The tea bag can be re-used up to three times a day. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
