Made using natural fermentation, includes methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, easy absorption with glycerine base, vegan and cruelty-free, no artificial fillers or nasties, sourced ethically.

Methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, glycerine (sourced from coconuts or rapeseed), water.

As a food supplement for adults, use 0.5ml once or twice daily with food, drink, or directly into the mouth. Can also be taken sublingually by placing 0.5ml under the tongue up to twice daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
