It is high in Vitamin E, B complex vitamins, and the minerals calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous. It is naturally antibacterial and often used for common skin conditions such as common skin fungi and athlete's foot fungus. It is naturally antiviral and a natural anti-inflammatory agent. Sesame oil is a powerful antioxidant, high in polyunsaturated fats and an excellent source of vitamin E and minerals. It is widely used in Asian cooking for taste and flavor. Packaged in a glass bottle to protect the contents from heat, light, oxidation, and moisture.
