Adults take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water. A daily dose of 2 tablets contains 187.6 mg Magnesium (50% NRV), 1.6 mg Zinc (16% NRV), 79.2 mg Passiflora extract, 9.8 mg Valerian extract, and 9.8 mg Lemon Balm extract.
