HOW TO TAKE SHILAJIT: For adults. As a dietary supplement, take 600 mg Shilajit resin daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take 300 mg (carefully refer to the measuring spoons we attached in the box) on an empty stomach in the morning, take another 300 mg at night before bed for added benefits. Dissolve it in lukewarm water, milk, tea or any other beverages, stir and consume. Can also be taken directly under the tongue for superior sublingual absorption. TIPS FOR USE: "Circulating" is a traditional way to take shilajit, so your body does not become too used to it. We suggest to take 4-6 times per week, and the optimal duration is 1 to 2 months as a period time. After 1 to 2 months consumption, you could take a two-week break and then resume the consumption period again.
