Organic black elderberry extract (16:1) 800mg
providing 30mg OPCs

Organic freeze-dried acerola cherry 391mg
providing 66mg of vitamin C

In a base of organic glycerine

Shake vigorously before use. As a food supplement:
Adults can take up to 3 tsp daily with food.
Children Age 1–6 = 1 tsp daily,
Age 7–11 = 2 tsp daily,
Age 12+ = 3 tsp daily.
Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
