Our bircher muesli tastes delicious soaked in fruit juice for a few minutes (or overnight in the fridge) and served with yogurt. Place 3 heaped tablespoons or 40g of bircher in a bowl, add 60ml of apple juice and a tablespoon of yogurt. Cover and soak overnight in the fridge. Alternatively, serve with milk of your choice. Also makes a delicious porridge: cover with milk of your choice and microwave or cook on the stove (stirring constantly) till hot
